These also include cookies we use for fraud prevention. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not work then.

Information Notice pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

Dear User,

The purpose of this Notice is to inform you about the methods of processing regarding your personal data.

D. Project S.R.L., in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR“), intends to guarantee the privacy and security of the personal data of each visitor, consistent with the provisions of this Notice. This Notice is intended as an information disclosure pursuant to Arts. 13 and 14 of the GDPR.

This information is provided solely for this website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. According to the indicated regulations, such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your confidentiality and rights.

Pursuant to Arts. 13 and 14 of the GDPR, we therefore provide the following information:

1. Purpose of Processing The personal data provided by you through the completion of the information request form will be processed for the purpose of contacting you to respond to the request for information you made on our website navonatheatrehotel.com.

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

2. Data Collection and Modalities We do not collect or use personal information regarding visitors to the website. Visitors remain anonymous. The only exception concerns personal identification information necessary to fulfill the user’s request for information.

Processing will be carried out using both hard copy (paper) and electronic methods. Personal data will be processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures have been adopted to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

3. Nature of Data Provision The provision of certain data is mandatory, as failure to provide such data makes it impossible to process information requests. Failure to provide data therefore results in the inability to fulfill the purposes indicated above.

4. Data Communication The data will be processed exclusively by the Data Controller and may be communicated to third parties only where necessary for the management of information requests. The data will not be sold, transmitted, licensed, or forwarded to third parties in any other way. The data will not be subject to dissemination.

5. Data Controller The Data Controller is D. Project S.R.L., with registered office in Rome (RM) at Vicolo dei Granari 3, 00186, VAT No. (P.IVA) 13280541007.

6. Rights of the Data Subject You may exercise your rights against the Data Controller at any time. Specifically:

  1. The Data Subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

  2. The Data Subject has the right to obtain the indication of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the Controller, the processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives in the State territory, processors, or persons in charge.

  3. The Data Subject has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data; b) erasure, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

  4. The Data Subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The request should be addressed to the Data Controller.

7. Other Rights of Data Subjects The subjects to whom the aforementioned personal data refer (so-called “Data Subjects”) have the right to exercise their rights according to the methods and within the limits provided by current privacy legislation.

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to ask D. Project S.R.L.:

  • Access: You may ask for confirmation as to whether or not data concerning you is being processed, as well as further clarification regarding the information in this Notice, and to receive the data itself, within reasonable limits.

  • Rectification: You may ask to rectify or complete the data you have provided to us or that is in our possession, if inaccurate.

  • Erasure: You may ask that your data acquired or processed by D. Project S.R.L. be deleted if they are no longer necessary for our purposes, if there are no ongoing disputes or controversies, in case of revocation of consent or objection to processing, in case of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation of erasure.

  • Restriction: You may ask for the restriction of the processing of your personal data when one of the conditions referred to in Art. 18 of the GDPR applies; in this case, your data will not be processed, except for storage, without your consent except as specified in the same article in paragraph 2.

  • Objection: You may object at any time to the processing of your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, unless there are legitimate reasons for us to proceed with the processing that prevail over yours, for example for the exercise or our defense in court; your objection will always prevail over our legitimate interest in processing your data for marketing purposes.

  • Portability: You may ask to receive your data, or to have them transmitted to another controller indicated by you, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 7, par. 3, GDPR, we inform you that you may exercise your right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given previously.

Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

To exercise these rights, report problems, or ask for clarifications on the processing of your personal data, you can send an email to: info@navonatheatrehotel.com.

We also inform you that it is possible to forward your requests by mail, writing to the Data Controller, D. Project S.R.L., with registered office in Rome (RM) at Vicolo dei Granari 3, 00186, VAT No. 13280541007, specifying the subject of the request.

8. Right to be Forgotten If you wish to assert your Right to be Forgotten (Right to Erasure) with reference to your personal data sent via the information request form, we remind you that the Data Controller is D. Project S.R.L., to whom you may address yourself for the purpose of exercising this right referred to in Art. 17 of the GDPR, by writing to the Controller with registered office in Rome (RM) at Vicolo dei Granari 3, 00186, VAT No. 13280541007, or by sending an email to the email address: info@navonatheatrehotel.com.

9. Changes to the Notice The possible entry into force of new sector regulations, as well as the constant examination and updating of user services, may entail the need to modify the methods and terms described in this Notice. It is therefore possible that this document may undergo changes over time. We therefore invite you to periodically consult this page.

We will publish any changes to this Notice on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide you with a more visible notification.
